· Cervical dilatation and assessment of the endometrial cavity, evacuation of any dead retained products of conception and endometrial swab for microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
· Adhesiolysis for women with Asherman’s syndrome.
· Hormonal profile test and treatment of hormonal imbalance.
· Treatment of pelvic infection including chlamydia trachomatis and gonorrhoea.
· Hysterosalpingography (HSG).
· Urine microscopy, culture and sensitively.
· Counselling to target time of ovulation.
· Treatment of medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, malaria and typhoid fever before conception.
